Company Trading Terms and Conditions

1. All sizes and capacities are approximate.
2. All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
3. Carriage will be charged on all orders.
4. Please note that we shall endeavour to our prices as stable as possible, but reserve the right to alter them without prior notice.
5. Prices do not include origination (also known as artwork, screen or print set up), engraving or embroidery, which will be charged separately.
6. All orders are subject to a 5% over/ under run on printed goods.
7. All claims arising from damages, late delivery, total or partial loss in transit must be made in writing within 3 days of invoice date.
8. Please note our trading terms are: -
   5%  10 days from the date of invoice
          30 days net.
9. All orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Charges may apply to all cancelled orders.
10. All items remain the property of Ciara Jade until they have been paid for in full.
